Privacy
Treeform is a form builder for teams. This page explains, in plain terms, what data the product handles and the rights that come with it. It is a summary, not a contract.
What we collect
Two kinds of data. Account data is what you give us to run your workspace: your name, email, and the forms you build. Response data is what people submit through your published forms — only the fields you choose to ask for. We do not sell either.
Whose data it is
Responses to a form belong to the workspace that created it. Treeform stores and processes that data on the workspace owner’s behalf; the owner decides who on their team can see it. Every workspace is isolated at the data-access layer, so one workspace can never read another’s forms or responses.
Export and deletion
You can export your workspace data and delete it. When a respondent asks a workspace owner to remove their submission, the owner can delete it, and per-form retention policies can age data out automatically. These controls exist to meet GDPR export and erasure rights.
Contact
Questions about your data, or a request to export or delete it, go to your workspace administrator, who can act on them directly from the app.
